Delete from the app
- Open Planora and sign in.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner to open Account.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. If you signed in a while ago, you may be asked to sign in again first.
Can’t access the app?
Email privacy@planora.day from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my Planora account”. We will verify the request and delete the account within 7 days, then confirm by email.
What gets deleted
| Data | What happens |

| Account (email, name, password hash, Google link) | Permanently deleted from our server immediately |
| Known sign-in devices | Permanently deleted immediately |
| Tasks, reminders, statistics, settings, profile photo on this phone | Removed from the device by the app during deletion |
| Community posts and replies | Removed, or shown as “deleted user” where removing them would break a conversation |
| Server security logs (IP, time, request) | Expire automatically within 5 days |
| Invite statistics | Kept only in anonymised form, with no link to you |
Want to keep your tasks? Before deleting, go to Account → App Settings → Data Management → Export Data to save a backup file. Deletion cannot be undone.
